RETURN POLICY

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us.

RETURN PROCESS

If advised to return an item, bring it back to store as soon as possible, if sending a return item has been advised place the item secure packaging and complete returns form, then send your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to return your item.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note
- The right to repair will always be the first option as machines all come with a manufacturer warranty allowing 14 days for warranty repair, if unrepairable please see below.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGE
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from return date of your item to process your exchange or refund. We will notify you by email or phone when your return has been processed.
